Diggin' the Heels in the Dirt
Steer wrestling involves two cowboys on horseback. The cowboys wait in the box for the steer to be released, once released, one cowboy has the job to keep the steer running straight while the other will slide off his horse to grab the steer by the horns. Once the cowboy has a hold of the steer by the horns, he will dig his heels in to stop the steer and flip him on his back. The goal is to be the team with the shortest time.
